Position description
|
|
|
Responsible, as a Director and part owner of the company, for all aspects of the delivery of a number of projects as well as the development of company policy and subsequent implementation and management of systems and controls of the construction process.
|
|
|
Jim also has specific overall company responsibility for industrial relations, human resources, contract administration, legal matters and insurance policy and management.
|

Joined L.U. Simon Builders in January 1983 as a Project Manager in charge of major projects undertaken by the Company. Was promoted in 1990 to the position of Construction Manager and appointed a Director of the Company in 1996.
